Brantim: ACCC Vendor Policy

Tables (all 10 feet long) are currently available but we expect that these will sell out quickly. All tables are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. We try our best to accommodate our vendors, after all, we’ve been on the vendor’s side of the tables at conventions for years. Please view the rules at the bottom of this page before ordering tables. By ordering tables, you are automatically agreeing to the list of rules and guidelines below.

Table Purchases Are Non-Refundable

All tables are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If we don’t have your payment, you don’t have a table. We cannot take reservations without payment or deposit. Vendors may not use anything that will damage the hotel's walls to mount their displays. the vendor will be held responsible for any damage they cause. Please use removable painters tape.

Set-up begins at TBD. You will not receive anything in the mail, vendor passes will be received at registration.

Vendor Information

  1. Vendor tables must be manned during the entire time that the dealer’s room is open to the public.
  2. Tables may not intrude in the aisles in front of or to the side of the dealer’s tables. Walkway space needs to be maintained in accordance with the rules of the Fire Marshall.
  3. No tables/spaces will be reserved by application alone, all applications must include a payment.
  4. All vendors agree to hold blameless all Brantim Entertainment and Atlantic City Celebrity Convention workers, employees, and agents, against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors participation in Atlantic City Celebrity Convention.
  5. Atlantic City Celebrity Convention in no way endorses any vendor’s merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of Atlantic City Celebrity Convention. Vendors do not represent Atlantic City Celebrity Convention in any way, and Atlantic City Celebrity Convention is to be held blameless against any and all merchandise bought, sold or brought onto the premises of the Atlantic City Celebrity Convention.
  6. All merchandise sold by all vendors is strictly from one collector to another and no rights are given or implied.
